She holds a Bachelor of Economics from University of Malaya and Master of Business Administration from Ohio University\, USA.&nbsp;SPISB was incorporated in 1992 and is a leading plastic injection molding company in Malaysia\, manufacturing components for automotive\, electrical and electronics industry. Under her leadership\, SPISB has received numerous awards for its achievement in quality and delivery including UMW TOYOTA\, Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua Sendirian Berhad (PERODUA) and Perusahaan Otomobil Malaysia (PROTON).&nbsp;Among her achievements and recognition received include Women Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young and National Women Entrepreneur Award by Deloitte.&nbsp;Datuk Noraini serves numerous positions in government agencies as well as for non-profit organizations. She is a Committee Member for Employment Insurance Scheme (EIS)\, under Social Security Organization (SOCSO) and a Board of Trustee for Steinbeis Malaysia Foundation. Datuk Noraini holds position as Vice President for Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM)\, Vice President for Malaysian Plastic Manufacturers Association (MPMA) and Deputy President for Kelab Vendor Perodua\, Malaysia (KVP).&nbsp;Datuk Noraini has been appointed as the industry advisor for Material Technology Programme\, 2020-2022\, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) and committee member for Pengajian Program Bacelor Sains dan Teknologi Alam Sekitar\, 2020-2022\, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).\n\n&nbsp; \n\nMr. Manu Bhaskaran is a leading Asian economist based in Singapore with close to 40 years of experience in studying economic\, political & security issues that shape the business environment in Asia. He co-ordinates the Asian business of Washington DC-based strategic advisory firm\, Centennial Group\, directing its Asian economic research practice which provides in-depth analysis of macro trends in Asia. He works extensively with investment institutions\, government agencies & corporations. Mr. Bhaskaran regularly presents his views on the economic\, political and business environment in Asia at business conferences and in-house briefings. He has conducted studies on a wide range of subjects including: consumer finance in Asia; Asian integration; regional and country-specific political and economic outlooks; the Impact of China on Asia; portfolio capital flows in emerging markets\, amongst many others. Mr. Bhaskaran serves on the boards of CIMB Investment Bank and Japfa Limited.\n\n&nbsp; \n\nMr. Daniel Loh has been in the Chemicals Industry for the last 17 years\, of which 15 years was with BASF in the region\, including&nbsp; Singapore\, Thailand\, Malaysia\, and Indonesia. Daniel has held several positions including the Head of a Regional Business Unit\, Country MD\, as well as sub-regional Head for Malaysia-Singapore and for Indonesia-Philippines. In those roles\, Daniel has been involved on re-structuring of the country and regional operations\, including new asset investments. In Aug 2019\, Daniel joined HELM AG as the Head of Asia to spearhead and extend their growth in Asia. Setting up HELM Thailand in 2020 was perhaps the most challenging and unique experience with a totally remote execution from the hiring of the MD to the startup of commercial activities. More recently\, Daniel is actively involved in M&A activities for HELM which included travel during COVID times to Malaysia. Daniel graduated from NUS with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and later went on to obtain his MBA with High Honors at the Oklahoma City University.\n\n&nbsp; \n\nMr. Victor Tay &ndash; Stout Limited is the 3rd largest US-based Independent Valuation and Investment Banking firm. DESCRIPTION:&nbsp; \n&nbsp; \nWe are pleased to announce that RHT Rajan Menon Foundation Greening ASEAN: Initiatives and Leadership (GAIL) Forum 2021&nbsp; is taking place on the 25th of June\, from 9:30am to 3:30pm. \nIn case you haven&rsquo;t attended this event before\, this forum was commissioned in 2018 by the RHT Rajan Menon Foundation\, a Singapore-registered charity and grant-making philanthropic organization\, that enables RHTLaw Asia and the RHT Group of Companies to do right and do good through various charitable endeavours. \nThe GAIL Forum\, which stands for &ldquo;Greening ASEAN: Initiatives & Leadership&rdquo; is brought together by a common advocacy for environmental citizenship and sustainable consumption. This year&rsquo;s forum agenda\, focuses on sustainable programmes and strategies that are conducive to investment and economic development. \nWith the theme &ldquo;Towards Net Zero Carbon By 2030\,&rdquo; the RHT Rajan Menon Foundation GAIL 2021&nbsp; Forum\, will take a comprehensive look at the region&rsquo;s path to zero emissions. Experts will weigh in on the importance of steward leadership in the age of technological advancement. The forum will also discuss the commitment of businesses and governments to eliminate greenhouse gas emissions by 2030. \nTopics to be discussed include: \n\nReimagine Leadership\, Not Capitalism\nRace to Net Zero Carbon\nTowards a Just Transition: The Role of Investors for Positive Social Change\nAdvancing the Circular Economy\n\nThe region&rsquo;s changemakers in the field will give us updates and insights on where we are now in terms of sustainability initiatives\, from innovative waste management strategy to ESG-themed investments. \nIn addition\, we are once again hosting the much-anticipated GAIL Awards on 3 September &ndash; which aims to recognize organizations that have done some amazing and impactful work by spearheading and promoting sustainable business practices that have had a positive environmental impact within their sphere of influence. \n&nbsp;

DESCRIPTION:RHT CABA ASEAN Summit 2020\n\nRHTLaw Asia and RHT Group of Companies\, in conjunction with RHT Academy\, organised our 6th RHT CABA ASEAN Summit\, with the overarching theme of &ldquo;ASEAN &ndash; Dynamic Capabilities&rdquo; delivered on a hybrid format on 15-16 September 2020. \nBuilding on the success of last year&rsquo;s Summit\, the 2020 Summit continued to focus on recent global and regional economic developments through the insightful perspectives of business leaders\, providing a conducive platform to facilitate in-depth discussions among sector specialists\, industry practitioners and academics on the proper steps forward. \nWe also introduced a new component to the Summit centred on the China-ASEAN Business Alliance (CABA)\, a platform to promote business ties and collaboration for the China and ASEAN region.
